1. Participate in educational and public forums to increase awareness of Celiac Disease and its management.

  2. Serve as resource regarding Celiac Disease, food suppliers, food preparation methods, emotional support, and interchange of ideas at initial contact and on an continuing basis.

  3. Keep abreast of developments/changes in the Celiac Disease knowledge base through contact with national Celiac organizations.

  4. Support national efforts for Celiac research, and uniform food labeling of all gluten- based food additives.
